Compaction Grouting

Pressure grouting is used to remedy underground erosion caused by several issues. After assessing the issue, we offer a variety of repair materials including concrete, grout, flowable fill, neat cement, expansive grout, epoxies, or urethanes to be pressurized into the void. This process can be used to stabilize soil conditions, fill voids, lift concrete back into position, repair footers and stabilize walls.

Water Erosion Solutions

We create solutions for washed out areas around pipes and stop water intrusion coming into larger underground utilities. This process fills any voids and stabilizes the soil where water may have eroded.
Pipe and Utility Abandonment

When lines are out of service and no longer necessary many times they need dug up and back filled. That is very expensive especially in areas where the pipe runs near other utilities, under asphalt or concrete roadways, or is located deep underground. By setting bulkheads and vent ports we pressurize grout to abandon the line in place. Providing a solid filled pipe where the void once was with minimal surface disruption. We offer a variety of grouting material and equipment to adapt to the demands of each project.

Machine Base Repairs

Uneven warehouse floor slabs

Many warehouse floors are elevated to accept truck deliveries. Over time the back fill used to build up the slab will crush and compact or erosion could be a culprit. We level the slabs and fix deteriorated control joints so your forklift operators can move product more safely.
